1. Information We Collect

None. CybaWallet is a fully offline application. It does not require an account, does not connect to the internet, and does not transmit any data to CybaSoft or any third party. All data you enter — cards, bank accounts, notes, photos, license keys — is stored exclusively on your device in an encrypted database.

2. Data Storage & Encryption

All data stored by CybaWallet is protected as follows:

• Database encryption: AES-256 via SQLCipher, keyed by your master password.
• Media files: Photos, videos, and PDFs are individually encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
• Keychain: Biometric credentials are stored in the iOS Keychain — never in the app database.
• Master password: Your password is never stored in plaintext. It is used to derive the database encryption key using PBKDF2.

If you choose to store your wallet file in a cloud folder (iCloud Drive, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.), the encrypted database file is synced by that third-party service subject to their own privacy policies. CybaSoft has no involvement in or access to that sync.

3. Analytics & Tracking

CybaWallet contains no analytics, no crash-reporting libraries, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not know how often you use the app, what data you store, or which features you use.

4. App Store & Apple

CybaWallet is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect information about your device and app downloads in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. CybaSoft does not receive or have access to any such data.

5. Contact Form (This Website)

The contact form on cybawallet.com collects your name, email address, and message solely to respond to your inquiry. This data is sent via the Resend email service and is not stored in any database on our end beyond the email itself. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

6. Children's Privacy

CybaWallet is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
