Terms of Service

End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using CybaWallet ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

CybaSoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transfer the Software to any third party

3. Data and Privacy

• The Software stores all data locally on your device in an encrypted format
• CybaSoft does not collect, transmit, or have access to any data stored in the Software
• You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data
• CybaSoft is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your device

4. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CYBASOFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CYBASOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Security Disclaimer

While the Software employs industry-standard encryption and security practices, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for:

• Choosing a strong master password
• Protecting your device and biometric credentials
• Maintaining physical security of devices containing the Software
• Creating regular backups of your encrypted data

Important: If you forget your master password, your data cannot be recovered. There is no backdoor and CybaSoft has no ability to assist with password recovery. This is by design for maximum security.

7. Updates and Modifications

CybaSoft reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time. Updates may be provided at CybaSoft's discretion and may require acceptance of revised terms.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

9. Export Compliance

The Software uses encryption technology that may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the export and use of encryption software.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CybaSoft operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CybaSoft regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

12. Third-Party Licenses

This application uses the following open-source libraries:

• SQLCipher — BSD-style license — Database encryption
• SQLite.swift — MIT License — Swift wrapper for SQLite
• SwiftUI — Apple Inc. — iOS UI framework
